Reach millions. This is just the beginning .About the jobDescription and ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of Sibill’s Tech team and act as the go‑to person for all things IT. Your mission will be to ensure that our colleagues have the right tools, hardware and support to work efficiently and securely.Provide IT support to internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of our hardware and software ecosystem.Manage hardware and software orders with external suppliers.Handle provisioning and de‑provisioning of accounts across all internal tools (Google Workspace, Jira, and more).Take care of employee onboarding and offboarding , making sure new joiners are fully equipped and leavers are securely offboarded.Monitor and troubleshoot issues across OS (macOS, Windows, Linux, Android) and hardware (PCs and Apple devices) .RequirementsPrevious experience in IT support / helpdesk role , ideally in a fast‑paced environment.Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Jira .Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting macOS, Windows, Linux, Android .Familiarity with hardware management (PCs, Apple devices).Strong problem‑solving mindset, proactive attitude and ability to prioritize.Team player with excellent communication skills (Italian and English).Be able to commute to our office in Milan at least twice a week.Competitive salary, with a RAL in the range of 30–35K € , depending on experience.Welfare budget to spend on our dedicated benefit platform.You will work within a team of smart, passionate and nice human beings.
