This role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements.JnJ has launched a multi‑year program called ‘Innovative Medicine Transcend’ to continuously reinvent and reshape the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain through a business transformation program supported by the latest JJT Technology capabilities.As part of the IM Transcend Program, the MAKE JJT Business Analyst (BA) will be an active member of the IM Transcend MAKE JJT team, supporting the global standardization of ERP business processes and associated activities enabled by the ERP, and the related master data.The position will cover system analysis, design, testing and deployment, partnering with Global Template Owners and Managers to prepare procedures, work instructions and training to enable the new processes.The Make JJT Business Analyst reports directly into the Make JJT Technical Product Owner (TPO) and works collaboratively with other JJT Business Analysts, Global Template Owners, Business Process Specialists, SMEs, and external vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Business Analyst for the ERP SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) workstream, joining the relevant Scrum Team.Support the MAKE Global Business Process Owner for the introduction of new SAP product capabilities in the Quality Management area and for integration model design, build and deployment.Support and enable Business Process standardization efforts and resolve KDD (Key Design Decision).Own the high‑level functional design and support integration design in collaboration with the Technical Architecture team.Identify gaps in expressed requirements and recommend solutions using standard system capabilities when possible.Support the scrum team through program design, build and test according to Agile principles.Act as part of the MAKE JJT Business Analysis pool to support any other program activities as required.QualificationsRequired:A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries.Solid background in Manufacturing and Quality management processes and IT systems.Knowledge and understanding in SAP MAKE/QM or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration, or SAP IM/WM.Preferred:Experience in S/4 HANA or lower SAP versions in the SAP QM module.Hands‑on experience with SAP-based solutions and ERP/MES landscapes.Experience managing requirement gathering, design, build, testing and deployment.Experience coordinating with external partners such as system integrators.IM Transcend program may require travel up to 20%.Required SkillsBusiness analysisAgile methodologyProcess standardisationPreferred SkillsExperience with SAP QM and integration.Project management.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine by 2x.Get notified about new Product Analyst jobs in Latina, Latium, Italy .#J-18808-Ljbffr
