Accountable for property occupancy and revenue through property analysis, competitive analysis, pricing and implementation of pricing changes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of revenue management function and produce reporting that supports hotel’s business development by gathering relevant market intelligence to support the revenue teamsUse analytical tools to identify revenue opportunitiesStay updated on market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and changes in industry standardsManage daily, weekly, and monthly reports (strategy meetings, month end reports, group reports)Ensure visibility and parity on all channelsDevelop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on revenue trends and performance against targetsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred2+ years of experience in a related fieldStrong analytical and problem solving skillsTechnically skilled in managing all systems related to Revenue Management preferredExcellent knowledge of ExcelFluent spoken and written EnglishLegally allowed to work in Italy, holding a valid work permit for the countryBenefitsAn entry to the Hyatt Family, a place where we care for people so they can be their best12 free nights at Hyatt hotels globally every year and discounts at our F&B outletsInternational working experience with future international
