The role offers a clear path to afull-time offerfor those who demonstrate growth, ownership, and results.You’ll report directly to theGrowth Principaland gain exposure to every area of marketing, from strategy to execution.Responsibilities As a Growth & Marketing Intern, you’ll: • Supportmarket analysis and research , identifying trends, competitors, and opportunities • Help manage ourCRMand contribute to marketing automation workflows • Assist withdigital marketing campaigns(paid, SEO, email) • Coordinate and schedulesocial media content , especially on LinkedIn • Contribute tocontent strategy , including blog posts, newsletters, and thought leadership • Supportevent planning and execution(both online and offline) • Collaborate onPR and branding campaignsto strengthen Aptus.AI’s visibility • Help measure campaign performance and report on key growth KPIsQualifications • Currently studying or recently graduated inMarketing, Business, or related fields •Fast learnerwith the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership from day zero •Proactive mindset : you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas and solutions • Good writing and communication skills inItalian and English(French is a plus) • Previous internship experience instartups, consulting or corporate • Comfortable usingdigital tools(CRM, social media, analytics, or design tools are a plus) • Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to contribute in a high-growth, fast- paced environmentInternship Details •Duration : 6 months •Compensation : Paid internship •Location : Hybrid or full remote (option to work from our Milan office) •Reporting to : Growth Principal •Future opportunity : Internship aimed at transitioning into afull-time rolefor strong performersWhy Join Aptus.AI At Aptus.AI, we operate with the mindset of an international scale-up—not a local startup.
