VA Benefits Advisor - NSA Naples ItalyNaples,Job ID: 5265CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee‑owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company is seeking a Benefits Advisor to join our NSA Naples, IT teamConduct transition activities in support of the VA. Transition support includes conducting standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one‑on‑one engagements, pre‑separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm‑handover support. Serves as an entry‑level instructor delivering established curriculum, training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery methods follow established training objectives. This position requires pre‑existing SOFA status through a spouse. The position itself does not offer SOFA.ResponsibilitiesExecuting non‑event activities at assigned installationParticipate in weekly Site Lead meetingsExecute quality management activities at assigned installation and across the programDeliver onsite activities and execute post‑event data collection activitiesTravel may be includedRequired SkillsUnderstand and apply adult learning theoriesUnderstanding of transitioning Service member populationsExperience using Microsoft Office suite of toolsStrong customer management and support skillsExperience delivering interactive workshops and training to live audiencesRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree or 3 years’ equivalent work/military experiencePreferred emphasis in Training, Education, Career Counseling, or HRAppropriate certificationsPreferred SkillsUnderstanding of VA benefits programsKnowledge of the military and experience working with military clientsUnderstanding of current veteran issues and challenges pre‑ and post‑ transitionsCALIBRE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
