Cerchiamo AI Engineer che supportino l’adozione e lo sviluppo di soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale (generativa e non), con focus sulle tecnologie Microsoft, per migliorare processi, automazione e innovazione in ambito Business Development. In particolare, tale attività dovrà essere svolta con riferimento al processo di integrazione delle competenze funzionali al percorso di trasformazione aziendale in atto. Attività Progettare, sviluppare e integrare soluzioni di AI, con focus sulle piattaforme Microsoft (Azure AI, Copilot, OpenAI su Azure), per aumentare efficienza e produttività dei processi aziendali; Collaborare con team tecnici e di business per creare soluzioni innovative; Assicurare sicurezza, compliance e protezione dei dati, utilizzando le tecnologie Microsoft e gestendo correttamente identità e accessi tramite Entra ID. Competenze richieste Esperienza nello sviluppo e nell’implementazione di soluzioni di AI/Generative AI e automazione dei processi; Conoscenza di Microsoft Azure, in particolare: Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Foundry, ML Studio, M365 Copilot, Cloud adoption; Conoscenza di LLM, prompt engineering, fine-tuning e deployment su Azure o altri cloud; Conoscenza di Power Automate e Power Apps; Conoscenza dei servizi Azure PaaS e del cloud; Conoscenza di API REST e integrazioni con sistemi esterni; Conoscenza di linguaggi come Python, LangChain, GitHub/Copilot, C#, PowerShell. Conoscenza delle soluzioni di sicurezza applicativa Microsoft (Azure Networking, Key Vault, ecc.) e gestione identità (Entra ID); Inglese livello B2; Problem solving, pensiero critico, capacità di lavorare in team e comunicazione efficace; Attitudine all’innovazione e orientamento al risultato. Master o corsi post‑laurea in AI/Data Science; Certificazioni Microsoft (preferibilmente Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate). Contratto a tempo indeterminato; Formazione continua e certificazioni; Opportunità di crescita professionale all’interno di un team innovativo.
