Role: Electro- Optical System Engineer -Sector: DefencePlace of work: RomaActivities:As an Electro Optical System Engineer you will be involved in key engineering R&D activities for specific defence applications. You will support /manage all the activities in order to ensure technical/regulation/timing/cost targets for electro-optical systemsKey Responsibilities:.Defining technical requirments for space and defence systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards and system requirements.Design electro optical components and systemSupport laboratory testing activitiesContribute to the preparation and review of technical documentation for the system and componentsParticipate in project meetings, both internal and external, involving customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role or with electro optical systemsKnowledge of Defence and Aerospace standardsExperience in technical documentation developmentStrong communication and teamwork skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian or other European languages are a plus.
