As a Lead Data Architect Microsoft Azure, your role will be to:Manage Key ClientsManage relationships with MicrosoftManage the Azure Center of ExcellenceLead Data & Analytics Azure projectsSupport RecruitmentSupport Value PropositionSupport Development of skills and capabilities, including:Designing Data Platforms using Azure DATA & AI services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, Stream Analytics, Purview)Designing operations architecture and conducting performance engineering for large-scale data lakes in production environmentsApplying the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to solution design and implementationCreating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions on Azure using Azure native services or data management technologiesParticipating in client design workshops and providing trade-offs and recommendations towards building solutionsMentoring other engineers in coding best practices and problem-solvingRequired Skills:Proven experience in the field of data analytics, preferably from consulting companiesMinimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior levelWorking experience in Azure cloud-native environmentExperience and knowledge of Big Data Architectures, cloud, and on-premiseAzure infrastructure and networking working experienceAzure Load & Ingest services: Event Hub, Data Factory, DatabricksAzure main Storage services: Data Lake Gen1, Data Lake Gen 2, Delta LakeAzure main Process & Serve services: Synapse, Databricks, Stream AnalyticsExperience in building and delivering proofs-of-concept to address specific business needs using the most appropriate techniques, data sources, and technologiesWorking experience in migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud environmentsExperience in monitoring distributed infrastructure using Azure tools or open-source ones (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack)Working experience with Agile Methodology and KanbanStrong in data manipulation and BI toolsSolid stakeholder management skills, with experience dealing with top management to drive various projectsProactive in taking initiatives, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong presence to manage cross-functional teams and execute well in a highly collaborative roleLocation: Bari, Bologna, Cosenza, Milano, Napoli, Roma, Salerno, Torino, Treviso, PisaImportant Notice: NTT DATA recruiters will never ask job seekers and candidates for
