We’re looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Italy. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to shape policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.What You’ll Be DoingBeing a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HRProactively identifying people issues and trends within the business, and working together with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutionsOptimising day‑to‑day HR operations, keeping people‑centricity in mindLeading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accountsContributing to the development of world‑class HR policies and proceduresWhat You’ll NeedExperience in a regulated financial services and hyper‑growth environment, like banking or fintechLogical and analytical thinkingGreat project management skillsImpeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityA data and process‑driven approach towards HRA results‑driven and numbers‑oriented working styleExtensive knowledge of local labour lawsDemonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and proceduresFluency in English and ItalianNice to HaveExceptional storytelling skills with the ability to influence through your communicationSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionHuman Resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
