Area of Insertion

The resource will be inserted into the Contract Management function, contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of the function, with particular reference to Demand Management activities, AI automation, development of the new Contract Lifecycle Management system – CLM and integration between AI / CLM / SAP tools.

Role Mission

The resource will support the Contract Management function in the collection, analysis, and formalization of business needs related to the implementation of new technological and software solutions.

They will act as a liaison between internal users of the Contract Management function and the Digital Solutions and Big Data functions, contributing to the translation of operational and process needs into functional and technical requirements, as well as supporting the implementation, testing, and management phases of any critical issues in operation.

Main Activities

• Collection and analysis of needs expressed by the various organizational units of the Contract Management function;
• Support for structuring and formalizing internal demand in the Demand Management area;
• Process mapping and identification of possible areas for efficiency, automation, or digitalization;
• Translation of business needs into functional requirements to be shared with the Digital Solutions and Big Data functions;
• Support for defining functional and technical specifications for the implementation of software solutions, AI-based automation, CLM, and integrations with corporate systems;
• Participation in alignment meetings with internal stakeholders, end-users, and technological functions;
• Operational support during the configuration, implementation, and testing phases of solutions;
• Collection, analysis, and tracking of end-user feedback;
• Support in managing issues, requests for clarification, or reports emerging during the operational phase;
• Preparation of documentation, reports, minutes, presentations, and project support materials.

Required Skills

• The ideal candidate is a graduating student or recent graduate in one of the following areas:
  • Management/Computer Engineering;
  • Computer Science;
  • Data Science;
  • Artificial Intelligence;
  • Related disciplines.
• Required:
  • Interest in digital transformation projects, process automation, and AI tools;
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and formalize requirements;
  • Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Aptitude for teamwork and interaction with stakeholders from different corporate functions;
  • Precision, methodical approach, and ability to organize complex information.
• Preferential qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of CLM tools, ERP, or corporate management systems;
  • Familiarity with SAP;
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools;
  • Interest in AI, workflow automation, process mining, or digital transformation;
  • Previous project experience, including university projects, in business analysis or process improvement.
