Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.Job Location: Silema, MaltaWork Type: HybridJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours: GMT +1Salary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €)Relocation: VISA & Relocation Package IncludedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development and support.Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and experience with extensions and customizations.Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices.Experience with integration tools and techniques, including Data Entities and Power Platform.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.Willing to travel abroad when requiredResponsibilitiesAnalyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Train and mentor junior team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities and development practices.To carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Practice management team.Represent MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times.Within your role, you have the responsibility of protecting all information that is shared with you in the course of your association with our client.Microsoft Business Solutions OverviewYour long-term future is every bit as important to our client as it is to you.
