Data & Reporting Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Milan and support different business functions through data analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will help transforming data from different sources and functions into clear, reliable, and actionable information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from different business functions;
  • Preparing reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making;
  • Integrating andconsolidating data from multiple sources;
  • Identifying trends, anomalies, and key KPIs, translating them into meaningful business insights;
  • Working closelywith different business functions to understand their reporting and information needs and develop solutions aligned with business objectives;
  • Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data and reporting;
  • Supporting the development and improvement of reporting processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency;
  • Contributing tothe definition and monitoring of performance indicators across different business areas.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

  • A degree or academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets;
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools;
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality;
  • The ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, business-oriented insights;
  • A proactive, curious, and dynamic mindset, with a strong interest in working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Good knowledge of English

What we offer

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary range: €30,000–€50,000 depending on experience, skills and qualifications. The overall compensation package may include additional benefits where applicable.
