Page PersonnelIl Project Manager sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento di progetti EPC nel settore residenziale e alberghiero , garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e della qualità prevista. Sarà il punto di riferimento per tutte le fasi del progetto, dalla progettazione alla consegna, interfacciandosi con clienti, fornitori e team interni.Responsabilità principaliPianificazione e gestione del progetto, assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze, del budget e degli standard qualitativi.Coordinamento multidisciplinare, supervisionando ingegneri, architetti e team tecnici per garantire la corretta esecuzione dei lavori.Gestione dei fornitori e degli appalti, negoziando contratti e monitorando la qualità delle forniture.Supervisione operativa dei lavori in cantiere, verificando la conformità con le specifiche tecniche e le normative vigenti.Monitoraggio dei rischi, identificando e mitigando potenziali criticità che potrebbero compromettere il successo del progetto.Comunicazione con il cliente, assicurando un flusso costante di informazioni e la soddisfazione degli stakeholder.Gestione amministrativa, includendo reportistica, documentazione e compliance con le normative di settore.Sono considerati requisiti essenzialiLaurea in Ingegneria Civile, Architettura, Project Management o discipline affini.Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di progetti EPC, preferibilmente nel settore residenziale e alberghiero.Ottima conoscenza delle normative edilizie e dei principali strumenti di Project Management (es. MS Project, Primavera P6).Capacità di negoziazione e gestione di fornitori.Leadership e capacità di gestione di team multidisciplinari.Il nostro cliente è una Società di Ingegneria, operante nel Settore Construction su progetti in ambito Residenziale/Alberghiero.Retribuzione ed inquadramento verranno discussi in sede di colloquio.Sede di lavoro: Milano Nord.Settore: AltroRuolo: AltroProject Manager Organizzazione Servizi di Investimento#J-18808-Ljbffr
