The role involves assisting the sales Director and Sales Area Manager for the mobile product line in processing and administrative follow-up of mobile crane orders. Main Responsibilities in the Role Reviewing new orders: coordinating shipping procurement and logistics, managing IPC and analyzing costs, overseeing SOC management if applicable. Processing new orders: data entry, inputting correct specifications and customer data into systems (SAP, Baan), liaising with factories and other head office departments.
