Help us actively shape our success story.Your RoleAs Sales Manager Germany, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the German hospitality market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy across Germany.This is a hands‑on role with high autonomy and direct impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for the German hospitality market (prospecting → demo → closing)Using Sales Methodology like MEDDIC or BANT methodBuild and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groupsConduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needsDevelop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing)Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnershipsProvide structured feedback from the market to Product & LeadershipRepresent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetingsIdentification and research of target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)Execution of multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)Qualification of inbound leads and scheduling of discovery calls and product demosMaintenance and continuous improvement of CRM data quality (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)Collaboration with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooksStructured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactionsActive contribution to a high‑performing, positive, and collaborative sales cultureWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or scale‑upComfortable working in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environmentProven experience selling to individual hotels as well as enterprise hotel chains, particularly in the Italian marketStrong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build and shape, not just executeConfident navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing requirementsProven track record in closing mid‑market or enterprise customers“Can do” Attitude and team workDeep understanding of consultative sales and solution sellingSelf‑driven, hands‑on mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong KPI‑ and target‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvementFluent German and English (written and spoken), Italian would be a plusWhat We OfferA key role in scaling a fast‑growing SaaS company in hospitalityHigh degree of autonomy and trustDirect impact on product and go‑to‑market decisionsCompetitive salary with performance‑based commissionFlexible working setup (remote‑friendly)A young, international, and highly motivated teamClear growth path as Guestnet expands across EuropeThe opportunity to actively shape a product that is defining the future of hospitalitySounds exciting?If you enjoy building something from the ground up, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to make a real impact in the hospitality world, we look forward to receiving your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
