Shaner Ciocco, a hospitality management company operating in Tuscany, is looking for a Cluster Sales Executive to join its commercial team. The company currently manages two Marriott-branded properties, as well as several smaller hospitality businesses across Tuscany, with plans to further develop and expand its portfolio from 2027 onwards.
Developing business by acquiring new clients and partners across the Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Groups segments, both in Italy and internationally.
Managing and strengthening relationships with the existing client portfolio, including commercial visits, preparing offers, conducting negotiations and managing contracts.
Identifying and developing new market opportunities through participation in trade fairs, workshops and industry events, while building strong relationships with companies, agencies and tour operators.
Monitoring commercial performance and results, working closely with the Revenue, Marketing, Events and other departments to maximize business opportunities.
At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the hospitality/tourism sector.
Proven experience managing the Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Groups segments.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and a clear focus on achieving targets.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
Flexibility in working hours and strong adaptability.
Willingness and availability to travel both in Italy and abroad.
Gross annual salary between €28,000 and €36,000, depending on experience and skills.
Benefits upon achievement of targets. Accommodation provided for the initial period to support onboarding and the first phase of employment, followed by independent accommodation arrangements.
