SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST Job Summary Supports finance manager in daily tasks, contributes in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, preparation and monitoring of main financial KPIs. Providing on site support for cross functional teams to drive decision making and help achieving strategic objectives of business. Plays important role in strategic projects and future business development. We require your CV to be submitted in English. Responsibilities Day to day support of global cross-functional teams Provide financial analysis and interpretation of financial KPIs Serve as point of contact for finance related matters Support the financial process of reporting, forecasting, budgeting Support business with financial insights, recommendations for improvement Owns financial processes within international environment Measurement Financial results are communicated clearly throughout the organization Supported functions have timely and accurate financial data Forecast and budgets submitted timely and in line with agreed plan Stakeholders Plant controller Middle and Senior management of entity/company 74 Qualifications Master of finance or economics (or equivalent) Previous experience in the multinational manufacturing environment is an advantage Interest in business and strategic planning Ability to interpret and present financial results Bias for action and ability to own financial processes Ability to understand broader context from a company-wide perspective Knowledge of major ERP (SAP) an advantage Excellent knowledge of MS tools (Excel specifically) Fluent Italian and advanced English Key Competencies Independent working Developed communication skills Responsible Ownership mindset Team player Self-critical Analytical mindset Flexible Goal and result oriented What we Offer Dynamic international working environment Equity Grant program Welfare program Smart working policy Linkedin learning access Internal canteen I-MT1
