Logista has a team of highly qualified professionals comprising more than 8,000 direct employees and 15,000 collaborators, focused on offering their clients a service that is both efficient and adapted to their every necessity.The teamThe Real Estate Project Manager, reporting to the Real Estate Manager, leads real estate projects across instrumental buildings — from refurbishments and new openings to logistics optimization. Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business goals.Also manages day-to-day Property Management: certifications, landlord relations, and cost monitoring.Your roleAcquisition & DevelopmentScout and assess new logistics sites.Lead market analysis, lease/sale negotiations, and due diligence.Construction & RenovationOversee development and upgrades of logistics facilities.Ensure compliance, budget control, and coordination with internal teams.
