Work on quarterly revisions of this budget as part of the Group Forecast exercise. Produce the financial statements intended for the financial management of the Exel Industries Group, the legal authorities, the Management Committees of the Retail Group and the company. Prepare the monthly and quarterly results, analyze deviations from the budget and the previous year, design and write reviews of business results, and prepare presentations to the board of directors or for the banking pool. Ensure the application of group procedures and accounting standards in force, define the terms of application, and guarantee the application of the company's accounting and security procedures with internal departments and external third parties. Challenge and support the company's operational services in the analysis and optimization of the activity's key performance indicators (commercial services such as supply chain). Frame the management of the company's trade receivables, in conjunction with the sales department by best adapting to the complexity inherent in the specificities of Retail: numerous deductions, management of the back margin and disputes. Validate the accounting statements and the main closing choices, validate the tax choices with the auditors and the Group's tax specialist. Analyze, with the treasurer, the cash monitoring and the discrepancies observed in relation to the forecasts. Set up and improve procedures for managing and optimizing the flow of financial information and guaranteeing their reliability. Manage the following partners: investment manager, banks, credit insurance, optimizing their efficiency and cost for the company.
