Role Overview The Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across channels. This role focuses on strategic oversight, campaign management, and collaboration with social media, design, and PR teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand’s luxury positioning and business objectives. Assist in defining brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing channels. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish annual marketing plans, budgets. Support product launch strategies, including pre-launch teasers, influencer outreach, and PR initiatives. 2. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn), email marketing, paid ads, and SEO. Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity online. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to drive online traffic, conversions, and customer engagement. Monitor digital campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital platforms and trends relevant to luxury fashion marketing. 3. Content Creation & Visual Storytelling Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including photoshoots, videos, lookbooks, and editorial campaigns. Produce visually compelling materials that reflect brand aesthetics. Draft, review, and edit copy for social media, newsletters, website content, press releases, and marketing collateral. Ensure all content maintains the brand’s tone, style, and luxury positioning. 4. Event & Campaign Management Plan and execute marketing events, trunk shows, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns. Coordinate logistics, invitations, partnerships, and on-site branding for events. Track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand image. 5. Analytics & Performance Tracking Regularly analyze marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and initiatives. Prepare reports for management, and make recommendations for future campaigns. Monitor ROI of marketing spend and identify areas for efficiency and improvement. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management Work closely with design, product, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing projects. Manage external vendors, agencies, photographers, and other creative partners. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and consistent with brand standards. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or design-driven brands. Strong experience in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign execution. Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and e-commerce collaboration. Proven ability to oversee content creation and visual storytelling, including photoshoots, videos, and editorial campaigns. Excellent writing and editing skills, with sensitivity to luxury brand tone and messaging. Experience planning and executing events, activations, and product launches. Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including managing external partners and agencies.
