Job Description The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all sales outlet activities assigned to them, ensuring both quantitative objectives (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image) are achieved in line with Brand guidelines and company standards. Core responsibilities include:Guaranteeing that quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference stores are met in economic terms and in terms of Brand image. Analyzing and conducting "diagnostic" studies to provide a rapid, tactical response based on the specific needs and context of the stores, focusing on a long‑term strategy. When managing Directly Operated Stores (DOS) or Concessions, directly responsible for resources, including people, costs, and investments.QualificationsAchieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promotes store growth in its reference area. Manages all costs consistently with the allocated budget. Maintains and improves the image of the points of sale, staff performance, products, guaranteeing customer service in line with company standards and Brand philosophy. Manages and controls staff of the POS in terms of selection, development and assignment of tasks and targets. Monitors ongoing activities in stores, proactively and reactively, to implement quick solutions that maintain business objectives. Enhances staff knowledge through suitable training activities (products, customers, sales techniques) and coordinates store activities with other Brand touchpoints. Manages, coordinates and controls assigned resources (people, costs, investments). Promotes role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness and efficiency. Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to process management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Adopts significant behaviours and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, business processes, and community.Additional InformationKnowledge of English (B2). Analytical skills. Availability to travel (50 % of the time). Previous experience in the role (at least 4 years). Interest in Fashion Business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
