We’re focused on building and nurturing a top talent community where all our team members can achieve their full potential.Amaris is your steppingstone to cross rivers of change, meet challenges and achieve all your projects with success.Position Join our team as aFinance Functional & Technical Specialist – SAP Central Finance or SAP FICO .You will be part of an international transformation program, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to design and deliver scalableFinance IT solutions , hybrid in Milan once a month.This position involves coordinating technical and functional aspects of the Finance domain, ensuring thatSAP Central Financeand internal ERP environments are fully integrated and aligned with business strategies.Your missionsUnderstand and analyze business and financial needs to define functional and technical requirements.Drive and support theSAP Central Finance OR SAP FICOsolution design, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business objectives.Collaborate with Solution Architects and IT Product Managers to ensure proposed designs are implemented effectively.Lead and support Business Analysts throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.Manage relationships with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure consistency and delivery excellence.Support the Project Manager in prioritization, cost management, and stakeholder communication.Ensure the integration betweenSAP Central Finance OR SAP FICO and internal ERP systems (e.g., SAP or legacy environments)operates smoothly, supporting reporting, forecasting, and accounting processes.Your profileAcademic background: Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience: Minimum5 yearsof relevant experience in Finance IT projects, ideally within SAP environments.Expertise inSAP Central Finance (FICO)– mandatory.Strong understanding of financial processes: reporting, consolidation, cost allocation, CAPEX, and forecasting.Experience in system integration and data flow between multiple ERP environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural contexts.Certifications inPMP, Prince2, Agile or Scrumare a strong plus.Fluent inEnglish ; additional languages are an advantage.Soft skills Analytical mindset, adaptability, team spirit, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.What we offerAn international community bringing together110+ different nationalities .An environment where trust has a central place:70% of our key leadersstarted their careers at entry level.Access to our internalAcademywith 250+ available training modules.A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.).Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in ourWeCare Togetherprogram.Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
