Facility Operation HSE Specialist

Partner with the best As the Facility operation HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day maintenance activities in the Campus being HSE frontline. You will partner with the manufacturing operational Leaders and the facility maintenance team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Support Campus HSE SurveillanceEvaluate and update the DVR document related to facility and maintenance aspectCollaborate with the maintenance cell on the preparation of heat map with related defenses matrix and HSE improvement projects (road map)Improve and issue HSE facility and maintenance procedures/work instructionsMonitor (H&S and E) performance (KPI) of our main facility maintenance contractorSupport the Safety Talks deployment and HSE inductionSupport management of HSE Concerns and incidentsBe responsible for JSA revision / “Non-Routinary” activitiesBe responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up and new PP&E projectsResponsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise, chemical risk Legionella, other)Act as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the Facility and Maintenance CellBe responsible for Contractors HSE OversightQualificationsDegree in a technical field from an accredited University (preferable Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or technical diplomaBe familiar with HSE operations within the Oil&Gas or Energy IndustryHave basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standardsKnowledge with HSE operations on Facility/Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing)Have preferably ASPP qualificationDemonstrate good communication and interpersonal skillsBe able to communicate fluently in Italian and EnglishHave good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skillsWork style We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
