Chi cerchiamo : Professionisti con esperienza nella gestione delle procedure di gara, capaci di operare in autonomia ma anche in team, con attenzione al dettaglio, capacità organizzativa e rispetto delle scadenze. Cosa farai :Analisi dei bandi di gara e predisposizione della documentazione amministrativa; Iscrizione agli albi fornitori e gestione delle piattaforme di e‑procurement; Interazione con i clienti per la raccolta dei documenti e il coordinamento delle attività operative; Supporto nella preparazione di offerte e chiarimenti;Monitoraggio delle scadenze e aggiornamento delle attività tramite strumenti digitali. Requisiti :Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella gestione di gare d’appalto (settore pubblico); Conoscenza delle piattaforme digitali di gara (es. MePA, Sintel, Start, SardegnaCAT, ecc.); Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Word ed Excel; Precisione, autonomia operativa, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e scadenze;Gradita la conoscenza base di normative sugli appalti pubblici.
