MissionJoin our team at RINA Consulting S.p.A. as an ILS Engineer : you will play a key role in Integrated Logistics Support discipline, working in projects for leading stakeholders in the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will be part of a team dedicated to achieve excellence, providing you with the opportunity to showcase and improve your skills in the Aerospace & Defense sector.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, including Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) Records, FMECA reports, Maintenance Plans, and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) assessments.Conduct RAMT analyses to support system design, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.Coordinate spare parts provisioning, item codification, and obsolescence management to ensure continuous and efficient system support.Support configuration management activities to maintain alignment between design data, technical documentation, and delivered systems throughout the product lifecycle.Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and technical manuals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and full compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.Ensure all logistics and support activities comply with contractual requirements, customer specifications and standards, providing appropriate updates to the customer.EducationBachelor’s DegreeMaster’s Degree in Engineering GeneralQualificationsPreferable at least two years of experience in ILS discipline.Preferable knowledge of S-Series specifications (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L, etc.).Preferable knowledge of MIL-STD-1388-2B.Preferable knowledge of RAMT standards.Preferable knowledge of ILS-related tool and software, such as logistics database, technical manuals editing and spare parts calculation.Fluent knowledge of English language.Planning, Precision, and Flexibility.Teamwork and strong collaborative spirit.Problem-solving skills.MAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one\'s and other\'s emotions and express and regulate one\'s reactionsCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futureBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationWith over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
