As a global semiconductor company, our advanced technologies and chips form the hidden foundation of the world we live in today.YOUR ROLE We are looking for a versatile and proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a maternity cover to provide cross‑functional support across various talent acquisition activities. The candidate will play a key role in assisting the finalization of multiple TA processes, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide transversal support to different talent acquisition activities, collaborating closely with recruitment teams as well as People Service Team.Assist in the finalization of various HR processes, including internal and external hiring procedures as well as offboarding.Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are accurately completed and compliant with company standards.Communicate updates and resolve issues with all relevant stakeholders during the final stages of recruitment and mobility processes.Identify and suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance candidate and employee experience.Your Skills & ExperiencesBachelor's / Master’s degree in Economics or similarExperience in HR talent acquisition.Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and process accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with HR information systems and recruitment tools is advantageous.Duration Of Contract: 10‑12 months of contract.ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
