Your responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities Monitor key 4P marketing initiatives (Product, Price, Presence, Promotion) Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor performance Support the Line Manager in developing new tools to better support the decision‑making process Collaborate with various departments to optimize decision‑making processes and information flows Create a synergistic flow between Master Data/Information Technology, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance Process optimization SAP Superuser (support the team with SAP SuccessFactors modules) The experience we're looking for 2 years of experience in Finance or Sales Analysis, preferably in FMCG companies Good knowledge of Excel Knowledge of reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) Ability to interpret large volumes of data and transform it into operational insights The skills for success Analysing sales data Shopper Insights Customer Insights Category Analysis Collaboration and partnership skills Business accumen Financial accumen What we offer We believe great work deserves great rewards.
