Specifically, in the Quality Assurance team, we deal with the definition, implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS), to be applied to the various areas of activity of the Logista Group. ---Your role
As part of the team, you will contribute to all activities related to audit management, monitoring of non-conformities and staff training activities, operating in coordination, where necessary, with Quality structures at Corporate level or other Logista operating units, and guides business managers to operate according to quality criteria and to ensure a constant commitment to continuous improvement. In particular: Standard Operative Procedure (SOP) :- Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies relating to quality control, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure that SOPs are regularly updated considering changes to existing processes, the implementation of new flows and any regulatory changes
- Implement the actions and steps necessary for the development of company QMS in consideration of regulatory requirements and adopted reference standards (ISO, GDP, etc.) and aimed at obtaining quality certifications (ISO, etc.)
- Evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization of activities carried out
- Constantly update yourself on current relevant regulations
- Plan and conduct first and second party audits to assess process compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide support to the network during third-party audits undergone by inspection/certification bodies and by customers and develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) aimed at resolving detected non-conformities and preventing them from reoccurring in the future.
- Collaborate with certification bodies in order to guarantee the quality standards necessary to maintain ISO certifications
- Organize training programs for personnel on quality matters and to ensure understanding and adequate execution of company SOPs in warehouses and throughout the organization and keep track of training carried out.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of a corporate culture aimed at total quality and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience of 2-3 years in roles similar to the one sought, preferably in logistics or production.
- Master's Degree in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology.
- Possession of Internal Auditor certifications and QP qualification are considered a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel, Power Point).
