HSE Site Manager | Parma | Pacchetto InteressanteIl nostro Cliente per questo progetto è un'azienda leader indiscussa nel suo settore. Per uno dei suoi stabilimenti in area Parma siamo alla ricerca del/dellaHSE Site Managera riporto diretto del Plant Manager e funzionalmente al Group HSE Manager.Responsabilità: Ricoprire il ruolo di RSPP: valutare i rischi, proporre e coordinare azioni correttive/preventive, verificarne l’efficacia. Garantire il rispetto di procedure aziendali e normative su ambiente, salute e sicurezza. Proporre alla Direzione le attività necessarie per l’adeguamento normativo e il mantenimento delle certificazioni HSE. Gestire i rapporti con enti preposti a controlli su sicurezza e ambiente. Redigere e implementare piani HSE Aziendali. Eseguire audit HSE interni ed esterni, coordinando azioni correttive e migliorative. Gestire e diffondere i KPI HSE di sito. Promuovere la cultura della sicurezza, sviluppando procedure operative e favorendo la partecipazione del personale. Coordinare formazione e addestramento HSE, garantendo tracciabilità e conformità. Predisporre la documentazione richiesta dalla normativa in ambito ambiente, salute e sicurezza. Gestire gli aspetti ambientali, il funzionamento degli impianti di depurazione e la gestione di rifiuti e sostanze pericolose. Coordinare gli investimenti HSE e collaborare alla definizione dei budget Opex e Capex. Collaborare con consulenti esterni per valutazioni, piani di miglioramento e azioni correttive HSE. Interfacciarsi con le funzioni di Staff (QA, Continuous Improvement, Acquisti, HR, Maintenance, Engineering).Profilo Ideale: Laurea in ambito tecnico, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Ambientale o Chimica. 3-5 anni di esperienza nella mansione presso realtà produttive strutturate. Conoscenza della normativa di Sicurezza, Ambientale e dei processi di depurazione. Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Problem Solving: capacità di analisi e risoluzione in modo efficace dei problemi Intraprendenza, spirito di iniziativa e proattività nel proporre e realizzare soluzioni Capacità di gestire e influenzare gli stakeholder. Costruire partnership e collaborare con gli altri per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali. Spirito di squadra e capacità di coinvolgere attivamente gli altri nel conseguimento degli obiettivi HSE.
