IREC , brand di Allcore SpA , gruppo quotato alla Borsa di Milano, specializzato in consulenza aziendale, fiscale e finanziaria, è alla ricerca di un DIGITAL Advertising & Performance Specialist, middle level, da inserire nel team marketing interno. La risorsa selezionata riporterà direttamente al responsabile marketing di IREC e lavorerà a stretto contatto con il responsabile sales e il CEO dell’azienda.Competenze richieste:Esperienza pluriennale (tra 3 e 5 anni) dimostrabile nella gestione dei canali soprattutto su Google Ads , Meta Ads , LinkedIn Ads . Graditi TikTok Ads, Native Adv.Conoscenza avanzata di Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM Tracking, LookerPadronanza di A/B Testing e Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, HotjarEsperienza con marketing automation & retargeting avanzato - ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Customer.ioCapacità di gestire budget pubblicitari scalabili (min. 20-50k€/mese)Ottima conoscenza di bid management & budget optimizationSEO: conoscenza delle tecniche di ottimizzazione per i motori di ricercaResponsabilità:Ideazione della strategia PAID, per i canali di acquisizione lead/opportunity, integrata con attività SEO, social media marketing ed email marketingPianificazione, gestione e ottimizzazione delle campagne ADVRealizzare i contenuti per le campagne pubblicitarie, in collaborazione con il social media manager, per sviluppare annunci performanti e creativi, inclusi testi, immagini e video, che risuonino con il pubblico target, siano coerenti con brand identity e design systemOttimizzazione della conversion rate (CRO) & funnel marketingData analysis & tracking avanzato e reporting in ottica full-funnelScaling e automazioneContratto indeterminato full-time/collaborazione a p.ivaAmbiente dinamico e innovativo in un team marketing in crescitaOpportunità di crescita in un gruppo aziendale in forte espansioneFormazione continua su strumenti avanzati di advertising e growth marketingEsperienza di almeno 5+ anni in un ruolo simile (Advertising Specialist, Performance Marketer)Track record di campagne con budget > 30k€/mese e ottimizzazione ROAS. screenshot spettro temporale un anno su varie piattaforme.Esempio di report KPI mensili con le metriche principali monitorate per canale#J-18808-Ljbffr
