We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing front office staff ready to plunge into an overwhelming experience of glamour, entertainment and very strong commitment.The successful person will furnish clients with above‑and‑beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience. The goal is to sponsor a helpful image by honoring guests’ requests and to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement. We are after a humble team player who is willing to grow and thinks outside of the box.ResponsibilitiesEnsure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high‑class guest service experiencesAnalyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall ratingRespond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated onesExpect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquiriesActively listen and resolve guests’ complaintsOversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of guestsCoordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recoveryProvide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to guestsUse promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packagesDeal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refundsPromote all amenities, conveniences and programs offeredEnsure smooth processing of payments and accounting operationsComply with all required standards, laws and regulations.Requirements3+ years of experience in Front officePrevious experience in other sectors of hospitalityAdequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processesExperience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniquesFamiliarity with industry’s latest trendsHands on experience with front office management softwareProficiency in English and Italian, multilingualism will be considered an assetGuest service orientation and driveExcellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skillsAbility to work flexible hoursHighly responsible and reliable with a professional presentationBS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field will be considered an assetValid Italian driving licenceSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAdministrativeHospitality#J-18808-Ljbffr
