In this capacity, you will support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. Your most critical deliverables for this role are :Manage the administrative and documentation aspects of maintenance operationsInterface with internal teams to initiate and follow up on purchase ordersHandle safety-related documentation and ensure regulatory complianceDraft and update operational procedures (OPL, SOP, WI) to support the QEHS Management SystemRecord maintenance interventions in the Access databaseLog activities in JDESupport cost analysis activities when requiredProvide secretarial and organizational support to the Plant Director and Maintenance ManagerWHO YOU AREYour colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change.
