In this capacity, you will support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. Your most critical deliverables for this role are :Manage the administrative and documentation aspects of maintenance operationsInterface with internal teams to initiate and follow up on purchase ordersHandle safety-related documentation and ensure regulatory complianceDraft and update operational procedures (OPL, SOP, WI) to support the QEHS Management SystemRecord maintenance interventions in the Access databaseLog activities in JDESupport cost analysis activities when requiredProvide secretarial and organizational support to the Plant Director and Maintenance ManagerWHO YOU AREYour colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change. In addition, you also have :High school diploma or technical qualification in industrial maintenance or related fieldBasic knowledge of electromechanical maintenance for industrial machinery and systemsStrong PC skills and precision in data entryProficiency in Excel and ability to analyze dataAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsFamiliarity with safety documentation and maintenance planning toolsWillingness to learn and use company systems such as JDE and AccessYou must be within commutable distance of Brembate and must not require any form of visa sponsorship.#J-18808-Ljbffr
