Through these offerings, we ensure that our customers have access to the quality parts they need to maintain and enhance their operations.As the Sales Manager IAM, you will report to the Regional Sales AFM Leader Europe and be responsible for driving the sales growth strategy in the Independent Aftermarket Channel across assigned European countries.What You’ll DoDrive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base in the Independent Aftermarket Channel in the assigned countries in EuropeCustomer Strategy: Develop and execute annual profit and five-year strategic plans, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and competitive information for new products and systemsCost Management: Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while maintaining profitability.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, addressing inquiries, contracts, and complaints.Performance Reporting: Evaluate and communicate customer performance, and deploy action plans to improve satisfaction.QualificationsBS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive sales industry, Aftermarket preferredSkillsFinancial Expertise: Strong proficiency in P&L management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies.Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the aftermarket sector and its customer base.Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with at least one additional European language.Value Proposition: Proven ability to design and effectively communicate compelling value propositions.Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
