In particolare, potrai:Gestire end-to-end progetti complessi nei diversi ambiti della content production, tra cui 3D, video, digital adaptation (banner/display/DEM), contenuti editoriali e content management.Definire stime, budget e piani di progetto, garantendo un controllo costante su tempi, scope e delivery.Coordinare team multidisciplinari, gestendo le interdipendenze tra creatività, produzione, tecnologia e data operations.Ottimizzare i workflow e i modelli operativi, proponendo soluzioni innovative e scalabili basate su automazione e GenAI.Contribuire attivamente all’evoluzione degli processi interni, identificando inefficienze e introducendo nuovi strumenti e metodologie.Interfacciarti con il cliente e gli stakeholder, raccogliendo requisiti, guidando conversazioni operative e supportando la definizione delle priorità.Assicurare la qualità degli output, garantendo che rispettino standard elevati.Le tue caratteristicheSe condividi la nostra passione per la customer experience e hai le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Project Manager o Service Manager nel mondo content production (agenzie creative, digital production, studi 3D/video, content factory).Ottima conoscenza dei workflow di produzione: pipeline 3D, editing video, asset adaptation, produzione editorial e digital content ops.Esperienza nel coordinare team multidisciplinari e nel gestire progetti ad alta complessità.Capacità avanzate di pianificazione, budgeting, effort estimation e controllo della delivery.Forte interesse per temi innovativi (automation, AI, GenAI) e capacità di identificare opportunità per incrementare efficienza e qualità.Eccellenti capacità relazionali, comunicative e di gestione del cliente.Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in ambito creativo o digital.Inglese fluente.Nice to HaveEsperienza nella valutazione o implementazione di tool di automazione/AI (Adobe automation, Figma automation, tool AI-driven, workflow orchestration).Familiarità con CMS e piattaforme editoriali.Esperienza in modelli high-volume production.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Accenture Italia by 2xGet notified about new Production Project Manager jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy .PROJECT MANAGER – INGEGNERIA IMPIANTISTICAWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
