This proven EPC team succesfully constructed 100 MW in the past 12 months and are now looking to bring in a junior and profile to support their growth..Oversee the entire project lifecycle from procurement to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts to optimize time, cost, and quality outcomes.Support purchasing in selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers) and planning deliveries.Collaborate with management control to prepare periodic financial and progress reports..Minimum of 2 years experience managing large-scale solar EPC projectsProven construction skillset.Fluent in Italian and English.Well established Italian IPP, looking to grow their EPC team to deliver exciting 250 MW construction pipeline in 2026.Fantastic growth opportunities to senior and team leader roles as the company develops.
