Job Title Clinical Specialist, Triveneto– Johnson & Johnson MedTechLocation Pomezia, Roma, Italy (TriVeneto area: Veneto, Friuli Venezia‑Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige)Job Overview Johnson & Johnson MedTech is looking for a Clinical Specialist to support sales and provide technical assistance for Medical Devices & Diagnostic products in the Neurovascular sector. This role plays a vital part in helping healthcare professionals prescribe and recommend products while gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesProvides technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services.Making sales presentations to customers.Demonstrates proper use of products to customers.Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather company product information and market conditions.Evaluates, diagnoses and repairs malfunctioning equipment in response to service calls.Provides technical support for upgrades and other special service programs to support activities.Develops customer and product focused technical packages.Provides technical analysis and documents as required.
