We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.The RoleOur Product team is growing We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Product Designer to join our team in London to help us scale outside of iGaming.In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across a broad portfolio of brands. You’ll help us with our user research and turn that insight into new experiences and improvements in existing ones. You’ll work hand in hand with Product, Creative and Engineering teams to build solutions that allow us to scale our businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand Quantum business and the commercial and operational levers that allow it to be successfulPerform user research to get insight into our existing and potential customers through surveys, interviews and quantitative research methodsWork with Product teams on creation of UX briefs, Personas and documenting current user journeysCreate proposed sitemaps/information architecture and map new user journeys that meet the UX briefCreate wireframes and prototypes, help validate the proposed solutions through internal and external feedback and work iteratively to improve themWork collaboratively with the creative team to build the emotive UI layer and ensure consistency of experienceBuild consistent UX/UI patterns into our multi-brand design systemProvide outstanding communications throughout Quantum on your roadmap, priorities and progressAbout YouYou are focussed on outcomes over outputComfortable taking ownership & accountability for deliverablesPossess a winning mentality and strive to make Quantum succeedBuild reusable processes to allow us to scale our business effectivelyYou have a Test, Learn and Optimise mindsetData led and use it in your processes and decision makingYou thrive when working as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentLast but not least, you’ll have no egoExperience of iGaming, SEO/Publishing, Affiliate marketing a bonus but not essentialWhat You’ll GetCompany Bonus SchemeHybrid Working (3 days in office)Private Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
