Per conto di una startup innovativa nel settore HR Tech, stiamo ricercando un/una: Mid Back-End Engineer La società partner offre una piattaforma SaaS basata su Intelligenza Artificiale per il talent management, che aiuta le aziende a mappare le competenze, definire percorsi di crescita personalizzati e migliorare engagement e retention, con un approccio skill-based e data-driven. Responsabilità principali Il/La Mid Back-End Engineer entrerà a far parte del team tech contribuendo in prima persona allo sviluppo e alla scalabilità della piattaforma. In particolare, si occuperà di: Supportare lo sviluppo e la manutenzione dell’architettura back-end della piattaforma Migliorare performance, stabilità e scalabilità del prodotto Collaborare attivamente con il team di prodotto e design per implementare nuove funzionalità Partecipare alle decisioni tecniche strategiche e alla definizione delle best practice Interagire direttamente con clienti chiave per comprendere requisiti tecnici e funzionali Lavorare in sinergia con gli altri membri del team engineering in un ambiente agile e collaborativo Requisiti del ruolo Esperienza e competenze tecniche: 2+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo back-end, preferibilmente in contesti SaaS Ottima conoscenza di TypeScript/JavaScript e Node.js (obbligatoria) Gradita esperienza con: PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Familiarità con algoritmi, strutture dati e design pattern Passione per il clean code, le best practice e lo sviluppo di codice manutenibile e scalabile Esperienza in contesti B2B e/o nel settore HR Tech è considerata un plus Competenze personali e relazionali: Spirito imprenditoriale, autonomia e proattività Attitudine al problem solving e alla sperimentazione Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari in ambienti dinamici Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (min. livello B2) Sede di lavoro: Milano (modalità ibrida con possibilità di smart working) Si offre: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL competitiva, commisurata all’esperienza Piano stock options per i primi dipendenti Accesso a percorsi di formazione personalizzati e mentorship Opportunità di crescita professionale in un contesto stimolante e in forte evoluzione I candidati ambosessi interessati sono pregati di inoltrare un dettagliato curriculum, citando Rif.
