Transport Planner

Our reusable plastic products improve product quality, create more efficient supply chains, and are more sustainable than single-use packaging.Position Purpose As a Transport Planner, you will coordinate and optimize transport operations for assigned regions while providing support to other areas in Europe. You will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient routes, cost control, and high customer satisfaction.This role is also open to candidates with a background in other planning areas within supply chain (such as production planning, inventory planning, or materials planning) who are motivated to develop their expertise in transport planning.Key ResponsibilitiesManage transport planning for assigned regions and act as back-up for other areas in Europe.Liaise with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Optimize transport routes to reduce costs and minimize carbon footprint.Proactively work to maintain and improve service levels and customer satisfaction.Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives within our European logistics team.Education and Experience Training or experience in logistics, supply chain planning, industrial administration, or similar fields.Experience in transport planning is an advantage, but not required — we also welcome candidates from other supply chain planning functions who are eager to transition into transport planning.Strong motivation to learn and passion for logistics and operational excellence.Skills & CompetenciesFluent in German and English, knowledge of Polish or another language is considered a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.What We Offer Permanent contract with a competitive remuneration package aligned with your skills and experience.Continuous investment in your personal and professional development through training and coaching.A dynamic and fast-growing company that is part of a strong international group, with a focus on sustainability.A supportive, collaborative team environment where your ideas and contributions matter.Interested?
