Assist Italian-speaking customers by phone, chat, or email

Provide friendly, helpful support for everyday questions

Troubleshoot with patience and empathy (training included)

Requirements:

Fluent Italian speaker (C1/C2)

Conversational English (B2)

Comfortable with computers & willing to learn

Positive, adaptable, and ready for a change

Open to relocation starting September
