Being part of this organization presents a significant opportunity for individuals who are goal‑oriented, data‑driven, and curious about global markets.How Your Agenda Looks LikeDevelop the sales of FMCG Portfolio (Food, Home & Personal Care) in the assigned countries, in partnership with local distributors.Support the Senior Area Manager in developing the business across a wider perimeter of countries, with full P&L visibility.Define the most effective business development strategy by country/category, working in close cooperation with distributor team and ensuring full compliance with Group’s guidelines.Develop and implement annual business plans by country/category, managing trade, marketing and advertising budgets.Track distributors performance against agreed plans and implement corrective actions.Manage forecasting, analysis and reporting of sales data, broken down by product and country.Monitor orders and payments, organized by distributor/category.You will directly report to the Senior Area Manager, working in the broader team dedicated to Distributors business.What Makes You a Great Fit2-3 years of experience in a commercial (sales, trade marketing) or marketing role.Data driven and goal oriented profile, willing to negotiate in different cultural environments.Willing to travel on a regular basis.Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office.What’s In For YouWork location: Milan, ItalyContract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Hybrid modelAbout Bolton Bolton is an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company with 10,500 people located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories, and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.
