Responsibilities / TasksThe Service Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects from initial concept through to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives by coordinating people, resources, and processes.How you'll make an impactDefine project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilitiesAssess resource requirements and manage availability and allocation (internal and third-party)Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial targetsCreate detailed project plans including milestones, workstreams, and activitiesOversee project execution in accordance with the established planTrack progress and provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholdersManage changes in scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and communicationIdentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain strong communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfactionYour Profile / QualificationsWhat sets you up for successBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience managing projects in the food processing or industrial engineering sectorsStrong technical knowledge of food plant systems, equipment, and production processesExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projectsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teamsAbility to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standardsFluent in Italian; proficiency in English is an advantageWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for project execution and meetingsBonus points if you have…Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)Ready to engineer a better world with us?
