Overview Cerchiamo un o una Visual Merchandising Specialist che si occupi di organizzare il layout dell\'intero punto vendita, supervisionare il ciclo di esposizione dei prodotti e organizzare strategicamente gli spazi secondo le linee guida dell\'azienda. Principali responsabilitàComunicare e diffondere i valori e la cultura di Victoria\'s Secret, facendo conoscere il brand e fidelizzando la clientela Applicare e implementare le strategie di visual merchandising secondo gli standard del brand, assicurando che siano sempre realizzate e mantenute Identificare in maniera proattiva il flusso del merchandising, organizzando di conseguenza la presentazione visual per tutte le categorie Realizzare attività di gestione a supporto della figura di Store Manager che garantiscano il buon funzionamento del punto venditaStiamo cercandoEsperienza professionale di almeno 1 anno come Visual Merchandiser in ambito retail, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate e all\'interno di store di buone dimensioni Capacità di delegare in modo efficace, eseguire attività di follow-up e comunicare con tutti i livelli aziendali Conoscenza consolidata delle tecniche di visual merchandising e capacità di pianificazione a breve e lungo termine Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus)Inserimento III livello, full-time.
