Per importante realtà multinazionale, operante nel settore beauty di lusso, Manpower ricerca un/a: RETAIL SPECIALIST  La risorsa si inserirà all’interno della Divisione Lusso, nel Team Retail & Education e sarà il punto di contatto per team retail dei clienti e per guidare il sellout indiretto attraverso attività di partnership. E’ responsabile nel creare le condizioni per una corretta esecuzione in store in coerenza con la strategia dei Brand. E' in definitiva una figura che si occupa di due principali ambiti: Sell-out Indiretto: Responsabile delle riunioni con Area Manager e delle relazioni con i rivenditori Gestione del sell-out mirato Responsabile degli ordini POS e delle consegne in negozio (GWP) Individua need relativi a dotazioni trade/mktg al file di supportare lo sviluppo del sellout indiretto Diretto: Attività di affiancamento e vendita sui punti di vendita strategici Merchandising Responsabile dell'esecuzione del merchandising nei POS in tutte le categorie Proporre miglioramenti dello spazio al fine di massimizzare l'esecuzione in store per i diversi brand di portafoglio Contatto diretto per il team visual merchandising per le attività di manutenzione in negozio (visual e arredamento) Rilevazione delle attività merch e trade sul field attraverso il gestionale di riferimento (IWD) Sede di riferimento: PALERMO
