Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation Supporting the preparations for the service and making sure all areas are always looking their best Supporting the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place Cleaning agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements Core Competencies Fluent in English & Italian is a must Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessary Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine What we offer Attractive development opportunities in a high-growth environment, domestically and internationally Family & Friends hotel rates We are very much looking forward to your application.
