Job Description

Our Sales Department is looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join our technical-commercial team. The ideal candidate will act as a high-level strategic consultant, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and business-oriented solutions. We are looking for a professional with deep expertise in hydraulics, leadership qualities, and a proven ability to manage custom projects for major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Key Responsibilities

• Strategic System Design & Consultancy: Oversee and validate system design requests from the field, ensuring that proposed solutions are optimized for specific machine applications and aligned with global business objectives.
• Advanced Circuit Development: Design sophisticated hydraulic circuits and integrated electro-hydraulic control systems, interfacing with advanced OEM hydraulic and electronic architectures.
• Advanced Simulation & Validation: Lead circuit and system simulation activities to validate critical solutions before implementation, effectively reducing time-to-market and technical risks.
• R&D Leadership & Insight: Act in close relationship with the R&D department, for new product development but also for providing strategic market insights to influence the roadmap for new products and emerging technologies.
• Tier-2 Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve the most complex system issues, providing high-level technical support and coordinating urgent field interventions when necessary.
• Strategic Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of complex custom projects, from budgetary costing and financial feasibility to timeline and risk management.
