This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Program Directors should align with Instructors to ensure the highest level of student development and school success. Essential Duties include: Lead generation, management, and follow-up Sales procedures Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year Benefits include paid time off. Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Required: 3 years of sales experience. Premier Martial Arts empowers students of all ages through techniques like Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu, and Kali, focusing on self-improvement, concentration, goal setting, self-discipline, and confidence. We aim to help youth during influential times and expand our knowledge for adult self-defense and fitness, leading to fulfilled, fearless lives.
