Client Communication & Support Maintain frequent contact with clients and sales to communicate project status and results. Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure proper communication of technical requirements. Support Sales in determining project specifications (cost, time, sample requirements) and negotiate completion dates. Technical Expertise Study and apply relevant test standards, technologies, and regulations. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for local office and key customers regarding standards and certification programs. Perform standard test procedures when required and develop special test methods or equipment for new standards or efficiency improvements. Team Management Lead and manage a team to achieve role goals and responsibilities. Set objectives, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals. Qualifications The ideal future Operations Leader should possess the following qualifications: Master’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Physics, or equivalent proven experience in the field. Solid background in Testing, Inspection, and Certification within sectors such as Medical Devices, IT, and Laboratory Equipment. Fluent proficiency in both English and Italian. Willingness to travel across European territories. Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and full P&L management. Good Leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and workforce planning. Analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on risk management. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. Hands-on experience with Lean Sigma methodologies and technical leadership.
