We seek individuals who can understand, elevate, and expand this vision through design and collaboration.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior RTW Designer with strong creative maturity, refined taste, and deep technical understanding.This person will help shape ANEST’s evolving silhouette language—translating conceptual direction into thoughtful proportions, clean structures, and well-crafted garments that reflect the brand’s architectural and material sensibility.The ideal candidate is someone who can understand ANEST’s design principles and translate them into concrete, original, and elevated design proposals.Key Responsibilities1. Seasonal Collection DevelopmentCreate sketches, silhouettes, moodboards, and design conceptsEnsure design proposals align with ANEST principles: clarity, proportion, structure, and quiet refinementDevelop hero items and carryover concepts with a coherent and recognizable aesthetic2. Fabric & Material ResearchSource and evaluate fabrics, leather, knit, and trimsUnderstand how materials influence silhouette, structure, and drapeBuild seasonal fabric boards and collaborate with suppliers and millsWork closely with Italian ateliers to align fabrication with design intentWork with pattern makers and sample rooms in Shanghai & MilanOversee first proto through final sample, ensuring accuracy and qualityProvide precise comments on fit, structure, proportion, and finishingMaintain the design intent through all stages of development4. Technical DocumentationPrepare tech packs, construction details, and spec informationEnsure clear communication with development, production, and atelier teamsTrack revisions and maintain accuracy through sampling phases5. Research & Reference DevelopmentConduct research across fashion, architecture, materials, and cultureBuild thoughtful reference boards and interpret references, not imitateHelp evolve ANEST’s design DNA through proportion, structure, and material logic6. Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with merchandising to define product mix and category strategyAlign with production teams to maintain timelines and product excellenceSupport marketing/content teams with product insights and storytelling when requiredQualificationsExperience6–10 years of womenswear and menswear design experiencePrevious experience in luxury contemporary brands preferredStrong background in tailoring, outerwear, dresses, and structured silhouettesExperience working with ITALIAN ateliers is a plusSkillsStrong sketching or digital illustration abilitySolid understanding of garment construction and pattern logicDeep fabric knowledge and strong sensibility toward texture and drapeAbility to interpret a brand’s design language and translate it into productsProficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop; CLO 3D is a plusWorking Style & PersonalityRefined taste level and attention to detailCalm, precise, organized, and communicativeAble to work across Shanghai–Milan teams and manage timelinesProactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative#J-18808-Ljbffr
