Show us how #UNSTOPPABLE you areOPERATIONS MANAGER - ITALYAbout The RoleBased in our Milan Office We are looking for a senior Operations Manager - Italy to own and drive the commercial performance of the Italian market from a product, stock and operations perspective. This role is a key individual contributor position, with full ownership of the Italian market, working closely with stores, Area Managers and HQ. You will act as the voice of the market, translating customer behaviour, store feedback and performance data into concrete actions and insights for HQ. The position reports to the Head of Merchandise Planning, based in Basel.What You Will DoOwn the allocation and distribution of stock across the Italian store networkAnalyse weekly sales, stock levels and performance by store, area, category and price pointIdentify what works and what doesn’t from a product and commercial perspective, and structure clear feedback for HQWork closely with Area Managers to gather retail input and translate it into operational actionsSupport and propose promotional strategies, including markdowns and seasonal salesAnalyse price points and customer response to maximise commercial performanceMaximise best sellers through reallocation, replenishment and focused actionsMonitor slow movers and define corrective measures in close collaboration with HQContribute to assortment decisions for new store openingsCollaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Logistics and Retail teamsEnsure stock efficiency, sell-through optimisation and strong commercial results for the Italian marketWhat You BringSolid experience in Operations, Allocation, Merchandising, Planning or Retail Operations within fashion retailBackground in fast fashion or trend‑driven retail environments similar to TALLY WEiJLStrong analytical skills with a clear commercial mindsetHands‑on experience with stock management, promotions, pricing and seasonal salesAbility to understand the customer and translate insights into business actionsExperience working with store networks and retail stakeholdersStrong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers and reportsAbility to operate autonomously with full ownership of a marketWho You AreCommercially driven and customer‑focusedPragmatic, structured and results‑orientedComfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentConfident communicator with HQ and local stakeholdersFlexible, proactive and solution‑orientedAble to think like a retailer, not just like an analystWHY JOIN USYou will play a key role in driving the performance of one of our core marketsYou will have strong visibility and impact without people managementYou will work in an international, fast‑moving and fashion‑driven environmentYou will collaborate closely with HQ and retail teams across marketsWould you like to be a part of our fashion story and become a member of the TALLY Family?
